1- How long are shipping times?
Our suppliers typically ship items within 7 to 14 business days of receiving an order. From that point, it takes 10 up to 60 days for items to arrive at your doorstep depending on where you live.
2- What's your return policy?
Returns run counter to our emphasis on sustainability; every return has a carbon footprint. So please tell us what went wrong with your purchase and depending your case we will give you the money back in full.
3- Can I cancel my order?
Cancellations are possible if you do it before your order gets shipped or if you do not receive your package within the time frame specified for each individual product.
4- What happens if I receive the wrong item?
If there's an issue with your product, then please notify us as soon as possible so we can provide a solution and of course apologize to you due to the inconvenience.
5- Do you offer exchanges?
We do not offer exchanges. However, if for any reason you don't get the exact product you ordered, please let us know and we'll get you a new one.
